This Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of PEGASUS FOR
KIDS (a unit of B JAIN Publishers Pvt. Ltd. and B JAIN Exports Pvt. Ltd.) websites, content, and
services. By accessing or using any part of the PEGASUS FOR KIDS platform, you ("Visitor") agree to
be bound by these terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using
any part of the platform.
1. Changes to Terms and Conditions
PEGASUS FOR KIDS reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the
platform—including its content, hours of availability, or required access equipment—at any time.
We may amend these terms, including introducing new fees, without prior notice. Any updates will
be effective immediately upon posting on the platform or by other communication means.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. International Pricing, Shipping, and Bulk Buying
For overseas customers, prices may vary based on international market factors such as exchange
rates, taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees. PEGASUS FOR KIDS retains the right to adjust
international prices accordingly.
Bulk purchase options are available for international clients and may be subject to separate terms
and agreements.
Shipping timelines and charges are calculated based on the destination and shipping method
selected during checkout. Customers are solely responsible for any additional import duties or taxes

3. Conduct of Visitor
Lawful Use:
Visitors may only use the platform for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Posting content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Transmitting unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise
objectionable material.
Encouraging or engaging in conduct that constitutes a criminal offense or violates applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
Downloading and Usage:
The platform contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and proprietary content. Visitors may not
copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior
written consent from PEGASUS FOR KIDS or the respective copyright holder.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Use at Visitor’s Risk:

associated entities do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute accuracy of the information

No Warranties:

Limitation of Liability:
PEGASUS FOR KIDS, B JAIN Publishers, B JAIN Exports, and affiliates shall not be liable for any
damages—including indirect, incidental, or punitive damages—arising from platform use or inability
to access the platform.
6. Indemnification
By using the platform, Visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless PEGASUS FOR KIDS, B JAIN
Publishers, B JAIN Exports, and all affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising
from the Visitor’s use of the platform or violation of these terms.
7. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement:
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Visitor and PEGASUS FOR KIDS (on
behalf of B JAIN Publishers and B JAIN Exports), superseding any prior agreements or
understandings.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
