Within India:

We try to ship products within 48 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery. Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.

Outside India:

Write to us at [email protected] This helps us get you the best shipping rates possible to your location. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are mentioned below for each option:

  • If the Net Order Value is below or equal to Rs.499 = Flat Rs 60
  • If the Net Order Value is above Rs.499 = Free Delivery (anywhere in India)

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on our website. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. However, certain import duties might be applicable depending on the buyer country’s import laws.

Are there returns available?

Returns are easy. Write to us at [email protected], we will get in touch with you very soon. The returns are only available within 3 days of your receiving the Products. You will have to send the goods to our warehouse facility:

Returns & Refunds:

We work very hard to curate only the very best products for you. We are happy to accept a return only if the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged or has a sizing issue. We can either refund the amount to your bank account.

How do I return a product in case of manufacturing defect or defective product?

Initiating a return request: Write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with photos and the reason for return. If it is later than this, write to us and let's work together to see what we can do. We will approve the return request if it is a returnable product. We will provide detailed instructions by email regarding pick-up. This will involve minimal hassle to you, we promise.

Reverse-shipping: Reverse pick-up:

We provide reverse pick up at select pin codes. Self-courier: In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability, you would need to courier back the parcel to us. To be eligible for a return, we must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. The shipment is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.

No Exchange available

Return: In case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product. Your funds can be refunded to source. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction. Refund will reflect in the "source account" between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.
